Item # 99806V, WENDY S. APPLEBY is a 12" honey-colored bear who is clinging tightly to her doll, ANNA MAE, a 6" Raggedy Ann type with red corded hair and an embroidered face. Originally intended for QVC, Wendy was issued to select dealers and retired in 2002.

Wendy is clad in a red and white gingham dress with an ecru sailor's collar. Matching ruffled ecru pantaloons make her a well-dressed bear. A woven raffia hat adorns her head with a large dark red rose on the brim. She has a kindly expression, with large dark eyes and an embroidered nose.
